Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a refund/store credit at our discretion
Refunds are only issued for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
