During warmer months, candles and wax melts may soften or melt during transit. While we take precautions to package items carefully, Pace Candle Co is not responsible for heat-related damage once orders have shipped.
If your candle arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature before handling or lighting.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
